Full-Stack Developer

mmtm (pronounced momentum) is a UK-based digital agency that designs and builds bespoke web apps for clients across industries. We’re a small (but growing), remote-first team that cares about clean design, smart strategy, and code that actually gets used.

As long-term partners to our clients, we play a critical role in their growth through the products we create. It’s an exciting time to join us, as we’re not only building great client solutions but also developing our own in-house products that are starting to gain traction too.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to focus on one of our key client projects - an industry-leading fibre telecoms platform built with NestJS, TypeScript, React, and AWS.

You’ll work as part of our development team alongside lead devs and PMs to shape and ship features end-to-end. While the fibre telecoms platform project will be your main focus, you’ll also be required to dip into other projects (primarily built using Ruby on Rails), giving you variety and a chance to stretch your skills.

We’re collaborative, not siloed - so even if you’re focused on one client, you’ll always be part of the wider mmtm team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React, building production-ready features.
• Familiarity with NestJS and/or similar NodeJS frameworks.
• Comfortable working across the stack - with some form of Ruby on Rails experience too.
• Comprehensive HTML5, CSS3, SASS experience.
• UK-based and able to join us in-office on Tuesdays.
• A natural team player who enjoys working in fast-moving, agile squads.
• Enthusiasm for clean code, learning new tools, and solving real-world problems.
• Friendly, upbeat attitude, and an ability to keep up with our terrible puns and GIFs.

Bonus points for:

• Prior agency experience.
• Mobile experience using Flutter.
